Hello and thanks for your consideration!  The Heart of Texas CowGirls are an equestrian rodeo team dedicated to developing horsemanship skills among friends while entertaining rodeo crowds across Texas.  The H.O.T. CowGirls consist of horse enthusiasts with 50 years combined drill team experience.

Our ladies are ready to make a team as well as personal commitment to your business.  Your sponsorship will enable the purchase of tack, performance wear, and other equestrian accessories needed for safety and training.  In return, we will provide advertising and name exposure for your business or organization.  All sponsorships are per year and renewable at half the cost of the original level each subsequent year.

The sponsorship levels are as follow:

$150     Bronze Level

-          Your business or organization name on team T-shirts.

-          Your business will receive a team T-shirt.

$250     Silver Level

-          Your business or organization name on team T-shirts.

-          Your business will receive a team T-shirt.

-          Your business name and contact information on team web site.

$350     Gold Level

-          Your business or organization name on team T-shirts.

-          Your business will receive a team T-shirt.

-          Your business name and contact information on team web site.

-          Your business name on sponsored cowgirl's trailer.

$550     Platinum Level

-          Your business or organization name on team T-shirts.

-          Your business will receive a team T-shirt.

-          Your business name and contact information on team web site.

-          Your business name on sponsored cowgirl's trailer.

-          Your business name on a flag.

-          Your business name announced at every rodeo venue (if permitted by rodeo).

• T-Shirts are worn by the ladies and events as we prepare to ride/warm-up, etc.  All names on T-Shirts are in Times New Roman lettering - NOT LOGO format.

• If you purchase Gold or Platinum level, your company logo will be advertised in vinyl lettering on your sponsored Cowgirl's trailer.

• If you purchase Platinum level, your company name will be advertised on a 3' by 5' flag carried during parades, grand entries, and rodeo performances.  If the venue allows, the company name will also be announced to the rodeo crowd.

All sponsors are guaranteed a minimum of 10 venues for exposure each calendar year they are a current sponsor!
